2. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or purchase our tours.
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Traveling Socotra.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
- Payment for tours must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but any such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Flights
- You cannot book the Abu Dhabi to Socotra flights online. That means we need to book the flights for you. This is a free service we provide for our customers.
- However we are not responsible for the flights and/or changes and cancellations to your flight.
- The reservation is subject to availability. Confirmation of flight availability can take up to 3 working days. If not available, you will be notified and will be asked to select a different date.
- The booking and issuing of the actual flight tickets is a manual process, therefor it can take up to 10-14 working days to receive your tickets.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy, which is stated in the FAQ section at the bottom of each tour page.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which is stated in the FAQ section at the bottom of each tour page.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
6. Travel Documents
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, as required by the destinations on your tour.
- Traveling Socotra is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
7. Health and Safety
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health to participate in the tour and have obtained any necessary medical clearances.
- You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff during the tour.
- We recommend an additional travel insurance that covers all your medical expenses and repatriation if necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Traveling Socotra or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Traveling Socotra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
- Our liability for direct damages arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
